Thanks to all the coaching and support staff for their huge efforts in making the year another sensation and for all the players and their families for coming along to the night. Deano's dj'ing and karaoke got most up for a dance and a song – or 3…. ....good luck to Dean and Sharon on the not too far away arrival of bubs #5. Who can forget Mr Dean & Mrs Tammy Chambo's duet…. ....and of course - the Divas who after a couple think they can sing….. The "non-official" winners of the "Who can drink the most" award goes to: Female category : Denise (Laura's mate) | Male category: Tattoo In great form again was our own Tattoo – not only a fine effort at the club but at the Westend as well…. Special mention to Leah who came a close 2nd..... Thanks to Paul who ended up DD for the night - your carload appreciate the ride home. With Tatts announcing that he wont be coaching in 09, most are wondering who will take over the big job and the fabulous role that Tatts has left..... thanks for a top year Tatts..... At the final siren both teams were level and time on saw Mordy come out winners by 1 goal. Good Luck to both teams competing in the finals. For those interested in going to watch the game, it will be played at St Bernards in Essendon. Congrats to those boys from both Supers and Masters who polled in the 2008 voting. Tatts will post some of those votes up shortly. Thankyou to all the players from both comps (Masters & Supers) for your time, effort and dedication to making it another great season for the club. Although we did not make it into the grannie, it will only make most strive for the bigger and better things in 2009. Coaching staff will be named early 2009. The DEVIL INSIDE - July Well It’s been a while devils fans…….. Great wins for the supers, a few by the masters, some comebacks and some no-shows. Good to see that Captain BD (Booga’s brother) still on holidays for most of the season and is back come finals time. A great social night up at Witches and Britches on July 25th. $50 per head to Tatts by Sunday 6 July. The supers have climbed to 3rd on the ladder and a crunch game next week at home. As long as everybody takes things serious the coach will be happy. Remember footy is about winning, not fun!
